The Sixth Sense is arguably M. Night Shyamalan’s most infamous film. The phycological thriller follows Bruce Willis as he plays a child phycologist, whose newest patient claims he can see dead people. The film was beyond praised, receiving a 86% on rotten tomatoes, for its creativity and established Shyamalan as a thriller director with an affinity for plot twist endings.

The film was also nominated for six academy awards and was the second highest grossing film of 1999, bringing in an astonishing $293 million in the U.S. alone.

The poster above depicts Malcom Crowe (Bruce Willis) and his patient in a dramatic, serious light, alluding to the seriousness and scariness of this feature film.
